IST closely monitors each individual throughout the course; to be able to gain a thorough understanding of each persons’ progress, retention of information and through this provides constant support and guidance to assure the best possible outcome.
Training courses are designed to be experience-based learning, as learning by doing has been proven to be one of the most effective methods to optimize retention of information.
IST is focused on developing troubleshooting skills; as apart from needing to understand the working principles of machine components, being able to correctly identify the problem timeously, is paramount.
All modules are designed in-house, which means that IST has the capability and flexibility to constantly adapt to customer training needs as well as being able to develop specialized courses to address specific needs.
